    1. I am a person who has multiple chronic health conditions including, hypothyroid and Type 1 diabetes. These experiences have helped me gain a wealth of healthcare and insurance knowledge that I find is helpful in navigating mental health symptoms. I enjoy supporting folks in advocating for their health and supporting them in learning to live with their disease, not for it.

    2. I am surrounded by loved ones who have ADHD. Living in a little bit (ok..a lot) of chaos has helped me learn some skills to help with organization, improve attention & focus, and increase executive functioning.

    3. I have personal experience with military personnel which has led to experiences surrounding combat, substance use, adjusting to civilian life, and numerous acronyms.
