Trauma

Have you experienced something that’s left you feeling stuck or unable to move forward? Processing trauma can be challenging, but in therapy, we’ll work together to help you find a path to healing. Using mindfulness techniques, we’ll focus on staying grounded in the present moment, helping you find ways to safely face difficult memories without becoming overwhelmed. Alongside that, we'll explore how your thoughts may be keeping you trapped in the past, and through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll gently challenge those thoughts and beliefs to help you build a new, healthier perspective.

What sets me apart is my approach of blending mindfulness with CBT. While mindfulness helps you connect with your body and emotions in a calm, non-judgmental way, CBT provides practical tools for changing the patterns of thinking that keep you feeling stuck. I’m here to create a safe and supportive space where we go at your pace, allowing you to process trauma while building the resilience to move forward. Over time, you may start to notice a shift in how you relate to your past experiences and begin to feel more in control of your life and emotions.
